Celia's Most Memorable Childhood Memory
Tuesday, April 13, 2010 3:09 AM
My most memorable childhood memory occurred when I was five, on that day when my class was going on an excursion to the Singapore Zoo. When I was young, I did not knew how to tie my hair, hence, my grandmother or my mother will always be the ones to tie it for me. But on that day of excursion, my grandmother was not in Singapore and my mother had to work, so, it was left to my father to help my tie my hair. Well, he did a “fantastic” job in it. My hair was very loosely tied in two ponytails of uneven heights and with strands of hair sticking out everywhere. It was a mess. When I reach school, the teachers were amused by my “new hairstyle” and even asked if I had tied it myself. In the end, one of my teachers had to help fix the “mess” on my head and since then, this experience had become my most memorable childhood memory.
